Campus Tower is a mixed-use building located at 8625 112 Street NW, in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The building consists of the Campus Tower Suite Hotel, Earls Kitchen + Bar, Gaya Korean Restaurant, Head’z Up Barber Shop, Prairie Records, BAO, Booster Juice, SRx Pharmacy, and Heart 2 Heart First Aid. The building was built in 1966, and was extensively renovated in 2013. The fire alarm system was upgraded in the late 1980s.

FACP[edit | edit source]
The building is protected by a Simplex 4100U conventional fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown. The system coding is continuous.
This panel was installed in the 2000s replacing a Cerberus Pyrotronics System 3.
Annunciators[edit | edit source]
There is a Simplex 4100-9315 “InfoAlarm Command Center” annunciator in the hotel lobby.
Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]
Most notification appliances are Cerberus Pyrotronics BMD-1024 motor bells (10” gong) mounted on Wheelock VLPS-24 strobe plates (1.5cd).
The fitness centre has Wheelock MB-G6-24 motor bells (6” gong) mounted on Wheelock RSSP-2415W strobe plates (15cd).
Earls has Wheelock MB-G10-24 motor bells (10” gong) mounted on Wheelock RSSP-24MCW strobe plates (set to 15cd).
BAO has Mircom BL-6B motor bells (6” gong).

Pull Stations[edit | edit source]
All pull stations excluding BAO are Cerberus MS-51B conventional single-action pull stations.
BAO has Mircom MS-401 conventional single-action pull stations.
Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]
There are Cerberus DI-3 conventional ionization smoke detectors throughout the building.
Some areas have System Sensor “i3” C2W-BA conventional photoelectric smoke detectors as deficiency replacements.
