Renfrew Educational Services is a special needs school, with many locations. This page counts for the Bowness centre. It was built as a large house in 1998, and bought by Renfrew and converted to a school that next year (1999). The fire alarm system is not original, it was replaced in 2020.

The fire alarm panel is a Mircom FX-2000. It is located at the entrance of the school, and was installed in 2020 as a replacement for an older panel, which is unknown.

The notification appliances consist of System Sensor "L-Series" P2RLA (red, wall, bilingual) horn/strobes. They were installed in 2020 as a replacement for older horns, which were unknown at this time.
