System Specifications[edit | edit source]
FACP[edit | edit source]
The building is protected by an EST iO500 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main mechanical room. The system runs EST’s Signature addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
Boosters[edit | edit source]
There are eight EST BPS10A booster power supplies; 4 of which are located in the main mechanical room, and 4 are located in the main electrical room.
Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]
Vehicle Bays[edit | edit source]
All audible notification appliances are Edwards “AdaptaHorn” 889D-AW explosion-proof remote horns (red, wall-mount).
All visual notification appliances are Edwards 116DEGEX-FJ explosion-proof remote strobes (125cd)
Mechanical Rooms[edit | edit source]
All notification appliances are Edwards “Genesis” G1R-HDVM horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, no marking, set to 15cd).
Wash Bay[edit | edit source]
All notification appliances are Edwards “Integrity” 757-7A-T horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, 15/75cd).

All other areas have EST SIGA-270 addressable single-action pull stations.
Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]
There are EST SIGA-HRS addressable fixed/rate-of-rise heat detectors in all mechanical rooms, mounted on EST SIGA-SB bases.
Modules[edit | edit source]
There are EST SIGA-CT1 addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system’s tamper and flow switches.
There are also EST SIGA-IM addressable isolator modules on each SLC loop.
EOLs[edit | edit source]
There are Edwards EOL-P1 end-of-line resistor plates on all sprinkler and signal circuits.
