Chaparral Pointe Condos is a 3-story apartment building in the neighborhood of Chaparral, SE Calgary. This apartment complex was built in 2006, and has the original fire alarm system.
System Specifications
FACP
The fire alarm control panel is a Mircom FX-2000, original to the complex from 2006. The panel is located in the front entrance. When in alarm condition, the panel makes all horns (FHS-240R and MH-S25WA) do code-3, with all strobes synchronized. System is currently serviced by Armstrong Monitoring, and formerly Sprouse Fire & Safety.

All of the pull stations are original from 2006. They are Mircom MS-401AP addressable pull stations.
Automatic Detection Devices
The hallways, stairwells, common areas and elevator lobbies have Mircom MIX-2251AP addressable, photoelectric smoke detectors.
