655 Meredith Road NE is a 3-story low rise apartment complex in Bridgeland, NE Calgary. It can be seen off of Memorial Drive NE. The condominium was built in 1972. The fire alarm system, however, is original! Just like a few older apartment buildings here, this system has no fire alarm panel and simply operates off 120VAC, with the notification appliances in series with the pull stations.

There is no fire alarm panel for this system, it is hardwired.
Notification Appliances
All of the notification appliances are Edwards 6000D 6" "Durabel" vibrating bells (1964-1970s). There are three bells, one per floor. They are original.

All of the pull stations are Edwards 270-SPO, with the old shield logo. They are original from 1972.
Automatic Detection Devices
There are American Sensors ESA5011 ionization 120V smoke detectors. There is one per floor.
