It contains Canyon Meadows Cinemas, Reflex Supplements, Gymvt Avenida, Fortress Engineering, Fun 'N' More, Goodlife Fitness, and Pedalhead/Skiworks. It was built in 1992, and only some notification appliances the system is original.

The facility is protected by a Notifier AFP-400 addressable fire alarm control panel. It is located in the exit of the movie theatre. It was installed in 1999.
