Royal Vista Professional Building is a 3-story mixed-use building in Royal Vista, NW Calgary. It was built in 2013-2014, and has its original fire alarm system. There are many tenants on the ground floor, they include Mad Rose Pub, My Gym Children's Fitness Centre, etc. It is also an office building on the two floors above.

System Specifications

FACP

The fire alarm panel is most likely a Notifier NFS2-640C, due to the size and age of the building. The fire alarm panel is most likely in the main entrance of the building.

Notification Appliances

The main notification appliances in the tenants and on the ground floor are System Sensor "SpectrAlert Advance" P2R (red, wall) horn/strobes, original from 2013-2014. The upper floors have System Sensor "SpectrAlert Advance" PC2W (white, ceiling) horn/strobes on the wall or ceiling. It is unknown why they installed some PC2W horn/strobes on the walls, but maybe they ran out of P2Rs, so they had no other choice to install them.

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

The main pull stations are Notifier N-MPS-SA bilingual, addressable pull stations.

Automatic Detection Devices

Most likely Notifier FSP-851 photoelectric smoke detectors.
