20 Inverness Square SE is a mixed-use professional complex located in McKenzie Towne, in SE Calgary. It contains a Circle K, Tiny Towne Preschool, and the offices for I'm For Kids Team. It was built in 1995, and has the original fire alarm system. The system is serviced by Sprouse Fire and Safety.
System Specifications

The building is protected by an EST 6632 conventional fire alarm panel. It is located in the main entrance to the professional offices. It is original to the building, but only has 6 zones in use. It is overkill, but this panel was likely installed due to a 6616 being unavailable.
Notification Appliances
All notification appliances are Edwards 439D-10AWC vibrating bells on EST "Integrity" 403-5A-R (15cd) strobe plates, which are all original.
