System Specifications

FACP

The fire alarm control panel is a Simplex 4007ES. It is confirmed a 4007ES due to an annunciator at the entrance, however the main panel is not visible. The 4007ES replaced the original Edwards 2280 in 2015. Despite the 4007ES being an addressable panel, the system is not set up in an addressable manner.

Notification Appliances

The notification appliances consist of Edwards 439D-6AWC vibrating bells, original to the terminal.

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

The pull stations consist of Edwards 270-SPO and some Edwards 274-111 pull stations. These pull stations are original to the terminal.

Automatic Detection Devices

None noticed.
