Bear Street Parkade is a 3 level parkade in Banff, Alberta. It was built in 1993 or 1994, and most of the system is original.

System Specifications

FACP

The parkade is protected by a Notifier NFS2-640C fire alarm system. The panel is located in the entrance to the elevators, and likely replaced a Notifier System 2500 which would be original. The system is networked to the one in Nesters Market.

Notification Appliances

The notification appliances are mostly Notifier KMS-6-24VDC/P motor bells, which were installed during construction. There is also one Wheelock MB-G6-24 motor bell by the entrance where the panel is, which either could be original or replaced a failed bell before 2007.

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

The pull stations are all Notifier NFM-950B pull stations, also original.

Automatic Detection Devices

None noticed.
