System Specifications

FACP

The building is protected by an EST 3 addressable fire alarm control panel. It was likely installed when the school was expanded. The panel is located in the front entrance.

Notification Appliances

The Notification Appliances consist of Edwards 439D-10AWC (10 inch) vibrating bells (A mix of the newer variety with the white and red labels and the older variety with the gold labels) mounted on Edwards “Integrity” 403-5A-R strobe plates.

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

The manual pull stations consist of a mix Edwards 270-SPO conventional single action pull stations from different eras, and EST SIGA 270 addressable single action pull stations. The conventional pull stations would be wired into SIGA CT-1 monitor modules.

Automatic Detection Devices

There are EST SIGA PS Photoelectric smoke detectors located throughout the school.
