10 Royal Vista Drive NW is a small multi-use building in NW Calgary. It has a Long & McQuade musical instrument store, and Chapter1 Daycare & Preschool. It was built in 2012, and has the original fire alarm system.

The plaza is protected by a Mircom FX-2000 addressable fire alarm system. The main panel is located in Long & McQuade at the Rentals entrance. It is original to the building.
Notification Appliances
The notification appliances are mainly System Sensor "SpectrAlert Advance" PC2RA (red, ceiling, 2-wire) horn/strobes in the Long & McQuade. By some doorways, there are Mircom FHS-340R horn/strobes. For the Chapter1 Daycare, there are only Mircom FHS-340R horn/strobes. Outside Long & McQuade, there is a Mircom FHS-340R-WP weatherproof horn/strobe. All are original.
Initiating Devices
Pull Stations
The pull stations are all Mircom MS-401AP addressable pull stations. The one at the Long & McQuade entrance was replaced with a newer variant.
