Heritage Square is a mixed-use office building located at 8500 Macleod Trail, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The building opened in 1979, and the fire alarm system is from 2008, with the NACs being redone in 2022.

The building is protected by a Notifier NFS2-3030C addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in an electrical room. The system runs Notifier's FlashScan addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

There is an annunciator at the main entrance, model unknown.

Notification Appliances

All notification appliances are System Sensor P2RLA horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, bilingual, set to 15cd). These replaced Mircom "Select-A-Horn/Strobe" FHS-240R (red, 15cd) horn/strobes in 2022.

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

All pull stations are Notifier MPS-950B conventional single-action pull stations. All stations are wired to Notifier FMM-101A addressable monitor modules, located directly behind each station.

Automatic Detection Devices

There are Notifier FSP-851A addressable photoelectric smoke detectors throughout the facility, mounted on System Sensor B710LPA low-profile bases. There are also System Sensor D2A duct smoke detectors present, with Notifier FSP-851A photoelectric detector heads and System Sensor RA100ZA remote LED annunciators.
