210 Fifth Ave is the address given to a two-store plaza in Cochrane It was built in 1998 as Extra Foods, and in 2012 was converted to two tenants, GoodLife Fitness and Mark's No Frills. The fire alarm system in No Frills is mostly original.
System Specifications
FACP
The store is protected by a Kidde VS1 fire alarm system. The panel is in the entrance of No Frills. It was installed in 2018-19, replacing an EST QuickStart QS1 from 2012 during the conversion, which in turn replaced the original Edwards EST2. The system runs Kidde's GSA addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

No Frills
The notification appliances are mostly Edwards 439D-10AWC vibrating bells (10" gong) on EST 403-5A-R (15cd) strobe plates. There are Wheelock MB-G6-24 motor bells (6" gong) scattered.
GoodLife Fitness
The notification appliances are mostly Edwards MB10-24 motor bells (10" gong) on EST 403-5A-R strobe plates (15cd), installed in 2012. In the back of the gym, there is an original Edwards 439D-10AWC + 403-5A-R combo.
