The plaza consists of a Scotiabank, A Taste of Saigon, and Denim and Smith Barbershops, and open space. It was built in 2004, then renovated in 2011, and the current system is from around 2011.

The fire alarm panel is either a Notifier NFS-320C or a Notifier "FireWarden" NFW-50. It is from 2011, and is in an unknown location in the plaza.
Notification Appliances
The main notification appliances are System Sensor "SpectrAlert Advance" P2R (red, wall) horn/strobes, from 2011. Outside the Denim & Smith Barbershop, there is a System Sensor "SpectrAlert Advance" SRK (red, wall) weatherproof remote strobe.
