Calgary Co-op is a chain of grocery stores in the Calgary area. This particular store was built in 1991, and renovated in about 2016. The current fire alarm system is from 2016, and the previous system was from around 2006. For some unknown reason, they are basically the same. No details are known about the original system.
System Specifications
FACP
The current fire alarm panel is an EST QuickStart QS1 from 2016. It replaced a 2006 variant following a renovation. It is unknown why they replaced the panel with another identical panel in the same spot, as they could've saved money by just wiring the new devices into the original panel. The system does code-3 in alarm, as this is the only coding that the notification appliances can do without significant modifications.
Notification Appliances
The notification appliances are all from EST's "Genesis" line of products. They mostly consist of EST G1R-HDVM (red, wall, no FIRE) horn/strobes, and some EST GC-HDVM (white, ceiling, no FIRE) ceiling-mount horn/strobes. These were also installed in 2016, replacing older variants.
Initiating Devices
Pull Stations
The pull stations consist of EST SIGA-270 addressable pull stations, installed in 2016 with the current EST logo. They replaced older variants.
Automatic Detection Devices
All smoke detectors consist of EST SIGA-PS addressable photoelectric smoke detectors.

FACP
The previous fire alarm panel was also an EST QuickStart QS1, but from 2006. It is unknown why this panel was replaced in 2016, but possibly a CPU fault during reprogramming.
Notification Appliances
All previous notification appliances consisted of EST "Genesis" G1R-HDVM (red, wall, no FIRE) horn/strobes. All horn/strobes have been replaced.
