Holiday Inn is a chain of hotels owned by IHG. The chain is headquartered in Denham, England. This particular hotel is located at 2375 Mayor Magrath Drive South, in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada, and is primarily known for its massive wave pool. The hotel opened in 1999, and was renovated in 2011. The fire alarm system is original with the exception of all notification appliances.

The building is protected by an Edwards EST2 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance vestibule. The system runs Edwards' Signature-series addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
Notification Appliances
All notification appliances are EST "Genesis" G1R-HDVM horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, no lettering, set to 15cd). Some areas have the same horn/strobes mounted on EST G1TR trim plates. There are no notification appliances in the guest rooms.
