The building is protected by an Edwards EST3 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the security office, adjacent to the food court. It was installed around 2020, replacing the original EST3. The system runs EST’s Signature addressable protocol, and is configured for two-stage operation. First stage coding is 20BPM, followed by temporal in general alarm. The general alarm timer length is five minutes.

Notification Appliances

The corridors of the mall have Edwards “Integrity” 757-7A-T horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, 15/75cd), along with Edwards 757-1A-T remote horns (red, wall-mount). The tenants have Edwards 757-5A-T horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, 15cd). All corridor notification appliances are ceiling-mounted, while notification appliances in the tenants are wall-mounted.
