The building is protected by a Simplex 4100ES addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located just past the main entrance. The system runs Simplex’s IDNet addressable initiating and IDNAC addressable signaling protocols, and is equipped with voice evacuation. The messages and/or tones are unknown at this time.

Notification Appliances

All indoor notification appliances are Simplex “TrueAlert ES” 49SVH-APPLC-O addressable speaker/strobes fitted with 49SVC-CWFIRE-O covers(white, ceiling-mount, set to 15cd).

In the stairways, there are Simplex "TrueAlert" 4902-9721 (ceiling mount, 70V) speakers on every second floor.

There are Simplex 4090-9001 addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system’s tamper and flow switches.
