This plaza has a London Drugs, Party Town, Dollarama and a Sleep Country. It also has a big store space for lease where Home Outfitters was formerly there. The plaza recently had a fire alarm panel upgrade in March 2020, while London Drugs retains its original system.

The plaza is protected by an Edwards iO64 addressable fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown. The iO64 replaced the original EST QuickStart QS1 in 2020. The system runs EST's Signature addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
Annunciators
There is an Edwards RLCD LCD remote annunciator outside Dollarama, replacing the original QSA-1-S cabinet, which contained an EST QS1-CPU-1 LCD annunciator with an SL30 card.
Notification Appliances
All indoor notification appliances are EST "Genesis" G1R-HDVM horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, no lettering, set to 15cd). These were installed in 2011.
For outdoor notification, there is an EST "Integrity" CS405-7A-T weatherproof remote strobe (red, 15/75cd) outside the Dollarama.
