This panel replaced the original EST QuickStart QS4 in 2022.

There is an Edwards 439D-10AWC vibrating bell (10" gong) on an Edwards 403-5A-R strobe plate (15cd) in the community gym, which is also original and likely installed due to supply issues.
Initiating Devices
Pull Stations
All pull stations are EST SIGA-270P addressable two-stage single-action pull stations. There are a few newer ones installed as deficiency replacements.
Automatic Detection Devices
There are EST SIGA-PS addressable photoelectric smoke detectors in some areas, such as the elevator lobbies, mounted on EST SIGA-SB bases.
There is also a sprinkler system with waterflow detection.
Modules
There are EST SIGA-CT1 addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system's tamper and flow switches.
There are EST SIGA-IM isolator modules on the SLC.
