40 Sunpark Plaza SE is the address given to a mixed-use 3-story office complex located in the Sundance neighborhood of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

All pull stations are Notifier NBG-12LX addressable dual-action pull stations.

FACP

The building was protected by a Notifier AFP-200 addressable fire alarm system. The panel was located in the main entrance vestibule. The system ran Notifier's CLIP addressable protocol, and the system coding was temporal. This panel is now owned by TwentyThree33. and is now in use in [[YYCsFireAlarmNimrod's Basemen]. The panel is fully functional, and was replaced due to NAC troubles. However the culprit was found to have been faulty horn/strobe installation.

These were installed in 2015, and replaced System Sensor "SpectrAlert" P2415A horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, 15cd). There was also a Mircom "Select-A-Horn/Strobe" FHS-340R horn/strobe (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd/broadband) in the atrium, which was also replaced in 2013.
