The building opened in 1985, and had its fire alarm system upgraded in 2003.

System Specifications (2003-present)

FACP

The building is protected by an Edwards EST3 addressable fire alarm system. The main panel is located in the fire control room, adjacent to the elevator lobby on the second floor. The system runs EST's Signature addressable protocol, and is equipped with voice evacuation. The system is configured for two-stage operation, however the messages and/or tones are unknown at this time.

Some lower-traffic areas have Edwards 965-5A-4RW speaker/strobes (white, ceiling-mount, 4” driver, 15cd).
