System Specifications
FACP
The fire alarm panel was an EST Quickstart QSC (conventional) with the PS6 power supply card and one ZB16 card. Most of the Zones were unused and simply have a resistor across them due to the small size of the garage.
Notification Appliances
The two notification appliances were a Simplex 2901-9722 10" motor bell installed to accommodate owner preference and one EST Genesis G1-VM (white, no fire marking) remote strobe. The 2901-9722 was previously used in a school.
Initiating Devices
Pull Stations
The pull stations consisted of one Chinese Pull Station, one Fire-Lite BG-12L and one GE-branded Edwards 270-SPO.
Automatic Detection Devices
There was one automatic detection device, a System Sensor C4W-B (i3) smoke detector that replaced a two wire equivalent. (C2W-BA)
