Nickle House is an adult continuing care facility operated under the Carewest marque of Alberta Health Services. The local health authority in Alberta, Canada. The building is protected by a Notifier AFP-200 fire alarm system. The panel is located in the front entrance vestibule. The system runs Notifier's CLIP addressable protocol, and the system coding is setup as two-stage, however it is setup in a poor manner. As the two stage key switch activates drill and likely does not have a timed evacuation. It does 20BPM slow march in Alert and Temporal in Evacuation.

Most notification appliances are System Sensor "SpectrAlert" P2415WA horn/strobes (white, wall-mount, 15cd/electromechanical).

There are a few System Sensor "SpectrAlert Advance" P4RA horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd) as deficiency replacements.

Pull Stations

All pull stations are Notifier MPS-950KB two stage pull stations, wired to two Notifier MMX-101A addressable monitor modules each.

Automatic Detection Devices

All smoke detectors are Notifier FSP-851A photoelectric smoke detectors, mounted on System Sensor B710LPA bases.

Waterflow Switches

There is one Potter PS10 waterflow pressure switch attached to a dry system, wired to a Notifier MMX-101A addressable monitor module.
