5201 30 Ave is a small plaza in the city of Beaumont, AB. It consists of Jeb's No Frills and a Dollar Tree. The plaza built in 2004 as Extra Foods, and in 2010 Extra Foods was downsized to No Frills, with a Dollar Tree opening in 2015. The fire alarm system mostly original in No Frills.

FACP
The store is protected by an EST QuickStart QS1 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the entrance vestibule of Jeb's No Frills. The system runs EST's Signature addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
This panel was installed in 2010 during the conversion, replacing the original variant.
Annunciators
There is an EST QSA-1-S annunciator cabinet with a QS1-CPU-1 CPU and SL30 zone card outside the Dollar Tree.
This was installed in 2015.
Notification Appliances
All indoor notification appliances are from EST's "Genesis" line of products.
All of them except one are EST G1-HDVM horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, no lettering, set to 15cd). The ones in No Frills are original, and the Dollar Tree's horn/strobes were installed in 2015.
Dollar Tree also has one EST G1F-HDVM horn/strobe (white, wall-mount, FIRE lettering, set to 15cd).
For exterior notification, there is an EST "Integrity" 757-7A-T horn/strobe (red, 15/75cd) outside of No Frills.
Initiating Devices
Pull Stations
All pull stations are EST SIGA-270 addressable single-action pull stations. The ones in No Frills are original.
Automatic Detection Devices
The building has a sprinkler system, so no detectors are present.
Modules
There are EST SIGA-CT1 addressable input modules supervising the sprinkler system's tamper and flow switches.
EOLs
There are Edwards EOL-P1 end-of-line resistors on all sprinkler and signaling circuits.
