Spruce Ridge Estates is an apartment complex owned by Boardwalk. This page will cover Building 3362/3364, located at 3362, 19A Hemlock Crescent SW, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The building was built in 1953, and was renovated in 1997. The fire alarm system was upgraded in 1997, with additional upgrades occurring in the 2010s including a panel replacement.

FACP

The building is protected by a Mircom FA-1000 conventional fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance vestibule of 3364. The system coding is temporal.
This panel was installed in the 2010s and replaced a Notifier System 500.

Annunciators

There is a Mircom RAM-1032TZDS annunciator in the 3362 main entrance vestibule, mounted inside a BB-1001 enclosure.

Notification Appliances

All common areas have System Sensor “SpectrAlert” P2415A horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, 15cd).
It is unknown if there are in-suite devices.
