Avenida Place is a shopping area located in the Lake Bonavista neighborhood of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This page will cover Building 300, located at 12100 Macleod Trail. The building consists of Remedy’s Rx Pharmacy, Macleod’s Public House, Hanna’s Design & Alterations, and Biostrong. The building opened in 2000, and the fire alarm system is mostly original.

System Specifications

FACP

The building is protected by a Notifier NFS-320C addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main electrical room. The system runs Notifier’s CLIP addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal. This panel was installed in the 2010s, and replaced a Notifier AFP-200.

Notification Appliances

All notification appliances are System Sensor “SpectrAlert” P2415A horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, 15cd).
