System Specifications (1995-present)

FACP

The building is protected by a Mircom FA-1025T conventional fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance vestibule. The system coding is likely continuous.
This panel was installed in 2015, and replaced a Notifier SFP-400B.

Notification Appliances

All notification appliances but one are System Sensor “Multi-Alert” MASS24LOA sounder/strobes (red, wall-mount, 1.5cd, likely set to 800Hz).
There is a System Sensor “L-Series” P2RLA horn/strobe (red, wall-mount, bilingual lettering, set to 15cd) in the bar as a deficiency replacement.

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

All pull stations are Notifier NFM-950B conventional single-action pull stations.

Automatic Detection Devices

None noticed. There is a kitchen suppression system which trips the fire alarm system when activated.

EOLs

There are Notifier EOL-CR end of line resistor plates on all circuits.
