System Specifications

FACP

The building is protected by an Edwards EST3 addressable fire alarm system. This is a networked system with several nodes. The system runs Edwards’ Signature addressable protocol, and is equipped with voice evacuation. The system is configured for two-stage operation, however the messages and/or tones are unknown at this time.

Notification Appliances

Most notification appliances are Edwards “Genesis” GCF-S7VM speaker/strobes (white, ceiling-mount, FIRE marking, 70V, set to 15cd).
Some areas have Edwards GCF-S7 remote speakers (white, ceiling-mount, FIRE marking, 70V).
For outdoor notification, there is a System Sensor “SpectrAlert Advance” SPWKA weatherproof remote speaker (white, wall-mount, set to 70V) paired with an Edwards CS405-7A-T weatherproof remote strobe (red, wall-mount, 15/75cd) on the patio.
All guest rooms have sounder bases; see below for info.
