System Specifications

FACP

The building is protected by a Mircom FleX-Net addressable fire alarm system. This is a networked system with 4 nodes; Node 1 is located in the CACF Room on the Main Floor, Node 2 is located in the 7th Floor Electrical Room, Node 3 is located in the 17th Floor Electrical Room, and Node 4 is located in the 26th Floor Electrical Room. The system runs Mircom’s Advanced addressable protocol, and is equipped with voice evacuation. The system is configured for two-stage operation; the alert signal is a 20BPM tone, and the alarm signal is a temporal tone. Please see below for message scripts and sequence of operation.
