'Real Canadian Superstore' is a chain of supermarkets across Western Canada, owned by Loblaw's. This particular store is located in the Shawnessy shopping area of Southwest Calgary. It was built in 1998, but the system is not original.
System Specifications
FACP
The store is protected by a Notifier NFS2-640C addressable fire alarm panel. It is located in the main entrance, and was installed in 2009 following a renovation. It likely replaced a Notifier AFP-200 or AFP-400, judging by the pull stations. When in alarm, the system does code 3 with all strobes synchronized.
Notification Appliances
All notification appliances are from System Sensor's "SpectrAlert Advance" line of products. Most notification appliances are System Sensor P2RA horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, 2 wire), set on code 3, but unknown volume. The bathrooms and some other areas have System Sensor SRA remote strobes (red, wall-mount).
Initiating Devices
Pull Stations
The pull stations are a mix of Notifier MPS-950B and NFM-950B pull stations. Both models are original, and left over from the previous system.
Automatic Detection Devices
None noticed.
