FACP

The building is protected by an Edwards EST3 addressable fire alarm system. The system has over 50 nodes, and the main panel is located in the security office, located in the basement of the mall. The system runs EST’s Signature-series addressable protocol, and is configured for two-stage operation. The system is equipped with voice evacuation, with custom messages for both first stage and general alarm. First stage coding is a 20BPM vibrating bell tone, followed by a 120BPM (march time) bell tone in general alarm.
