Tractorland Kubota is a tractor dealer located at 291250 Wagon Wheel Rd, Balzac, AB despite saying Calgary. This particular location was built as Moody's Equipment bought the building in 2010, and then Tractorland Kubota came in 2016. The system is original.

The store is protected by a Notifier NFS-320C fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance. The panel is set to not illuminate the device LEDs unless an alarm is tripped. The system runs Notifier's FlashScan addressable protocol, and the system coding is Temporal.
