Eau Claire Market is an indoor shopping mall located at 200 Barclay Parade Southwest #202, in Downtown Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The mall opened in 1993, and the fire alarm system is original.

The building is protected by a Notifier AM2020 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the parkade electrical room. The system runs Notifier’s CLIP addressable protocol, and the system coding is likely continuous.

There are Notifier LCD-80 annunciators in most entrance vestibules.

Notification Appliances

Pull Stations

Most pull stations are Notifier NFM-950B conventional single-action pull stations. All stations are wired to Notifier MMX-101A addressable monitor modules, located directly behind each station.

Automatic Detection Devices

There are Notifier CPX-551A addressable ionization smoke detectors throughout the building, mounted on Notifier BX501 bases. Some areas have Notifier FSP-851A addressable photoelectric smoke detectors as deficiency replacements, mounted on System Sensor B210LPA and B710LPA low-profile bases.
