Premium Outlet Collection EIA is a shopping centre located at 1 Outlet Collection Way, in Leduc, Alberta, Canada. The mall opened in 2017, and the fire alarm system is original.

FACP
The building is protected by a Simplex 4100ES addressable fire alarm system. The main node is located in the Security Office. The system runs Simplex’s IDNet addressable protocol, and is equipped with voice evacuation. The system is configured for two-stage operation, however the messages and/or tones are unknown at this time.
Notification Appliances
All notification appliances are Simplex “TrueAlert” 4906-9154 speaker/strobes (white, ceiling-mount, set to 70V/15cd). There are Simplex 4902-9721 (white, ceiling-mount, set to 70V) speakers installed with the said speaker/strobes for more audible coverage. The hallway to the fitting rooms in Old Navy contain Simplex 4906-9153 (white, wall-mount, set to 70V/15cd) speaker/strobes. For exterior notification, there is also a Simplex 4906-9105 (red, wall-mount) weatherproof remote strobe outside the Security Office door near entrance 5.

Automatic Detection Devices
There are Simplex “TrueAlarm” 4098-9714 addressable photoelectric smoke detectors in some areas, mounted on Simplex 4098-9792 bases. The building is equipped with a sprinkler system.
Modules
There are Simplex 4090-9001 addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system’s tamper and flow switches.
