The Ridge Hotel is a boutique hotel located at 151 E Houston St, New York, NY. It is located in the lower east side, and is 6 floors. It was built in 2007, and the fire alarm system is original, with parts replaced as deficiencies occur.

FACP

The building is protected by a Notifier NFS2-3030 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the front desk, and is in a red cabinet. The system runs Notifier’s FlashScan addressable protocol, and is equipped with the Digital Voice Command (DVC) voice evacuation system. The tones and/or messages are unknown at this time.

Notification Appliances

All notification appliances except for one are System Sensor “SpectrAlert” SP2R1224MC speaker/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd).
There is a Wheelock E70-24MCW speaker/strobe (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd) in the lobby as a deficiency replacement.
