System Specifications

FACP

The building is protected by an Edwards EST3 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main lobby. The system runs Edwards’ Signature addressable protocol, and is equipped with voice evacuation. The evacuation messages and/or tones are unknown at this time.

Notification Appliances

Most common areas have Edwards “Genesis” G4RF-S7VM speaker/strobes (red, wall-mount, FIRE lettering, 70V, set to 15cd).
The lobby has Edwards GC-S7 remote speakers (white, ceiling-mount, 70V) and Edwards G1R-VM remote strobes (red, wall-mount, no marking, set to 15cd).
All guest rooms have Edwards G4RF-S7 speaker/strobes (red, wall-mount, FIRE marking, 70V).

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

There are no pull stations installed as NFPA codes do not require them.

Automatic Detection Devices

There are Edwards SIGA-PD addressable photoelectric smoke detectors throughout the building.
These are mounted on EST SIGA-SB4 bases in all common areas, and on EST SIGA-AB4G sounder bases in all guest rooms.

Modules

There are EST SIGA-CT1 addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system’s tamper and flow switches.
There are likely EST SIGA-CR addressable relay modules for elevator recall.
There are EST SIGA-IM isolator modules on all SLCs.
