Centennial Planetarium was a planetarium in Calgary. It is in Downtown Calgary, at 701 11 St SW. It is one of Calgary's best examples of Brutalist architecture. The TELUS World of Science moved in in 1984, and was renovated in 2011. Following the opening of TELUS Spark in 2011, Telus World of Science closed its doors. In 2018, an art museum known as Contemporary Calgary moved into the space. The system was installed following the new tenant.

The building is protected by an Edwards EST3X addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the boiler room. The system runs Edwards' Signature addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
Annunciators
There is an Edwards EST3-6ANN annunciator equipped with an LCDXL1 display at the main entrance.
Notification Appliances
All notification appliances are EST "Genesis" G1R-HDVM horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, no marking, set to 15cd).
There is one Edwards 439D-6AWC vibrating bell (6" gong) on an EST 403-5A-R (15cd) strobe plate left over, but it is disconnected.

There are Edwards EOL-P1 end of line resistor plates on all sprinkler and signal circuits.

The East Wing was protected by a Notifier AFP-400 addressable fire alarm system. The panel location was unknown. The system ran Notifier's CLIP addressable protocol, and was configured for two-stage operation. The alert coding was 20BPM, and the alarm coding was temporal.
