System Specifications (2012-present)

FACP

The building is protected by a Mircom Series FA-1000 conventional fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance vestibule (for the lodge). The system coding is temporal.

The Series 1000 was installed in 2012, replacing the original Edwards Custom 6500.

Notification Appliances

All notification appliances are Mircom "Select-A-Horn" FH-340R horns (red, wall-mount, set to Broadband).

They replaced Edwards "Durabel" 6100D vibrating bells, as some horns have a round outline behind them.

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

All pull stations except for one are the original Edwards 270-SPO conventional pull stations.

There is one Mircom MS-401 by the doors in the east stairwell, installed as a deficiency replacement.

Automatic Detection Devices

There are Mircom 2W-B "i3" photoelectric smoke detectors in the hallways of the lodge.
