Stantec Tower is a multiuse office/residential skyscraper located at 10220 103 Ave NW, Edmonton, Alberta. It is located in the ICE District. The building was completed in 2018, and the residential portion opened the next year. The fire alarm system is original, with a pedway addition in 2022.

FACP
The building is protected by an Edwards EST3 addressable fire alarm system. This is a networked system; the panel locations are unknown. The system runs Edwards’ Signature addressable protocol, and is equipped with voice evacuation. The system is configured for two-stage operation, however the messages and/or tones are unknown at this time.
Notification Appliances
Most notification appliances are Edwards “Genesis” GCF-S7VM speaker/strobes (white, ceiling-mount, FIRE marking, set to 30cd).
Some areas have Edwards G4F-S7VM speaker/strobes (white, wall-mount, FIRE marking, set to 15cd).
The pedway has an Edwards G4SVWF speaker/strobe (white, wall-mount, FIRE marking, set to 15cd).

All pull stations are EST SIGA-270P addressable two-stage pull stations.
Automatic Detection Devices
There are Edwards SIGA-OSD addressable optical smoke detectors in most areas, mounted on Edwards SIGA-SB bases.
Modules
There are EST SIGA-CT2 addressable dual-input monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system’s tamper and flow switches.
There are EST SIGA-CR addressable relay modules serving various purposes.
There are EST SIGA-IM addressable isolator modules on all SLCs.
EOLs
There are Edwards EOL-P1 end of line resistor plates on all signal and sprinkler circuits.
