Ski Tip Lodge is a 4-story apartment building in Panorama Mountain Resort, BC. The address for this is 2050 Summit Drive. It was built in 1997, and has the original fire alarm system.

FACP
The lodge is protected by a Notifier AFP-400 addressable fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown, but assumed from the annunciator. The system runs Notifier's CLIP addressable protocol, and the system coding is continuous.
Annunciators
There is a Notifier LCD-80 LCD annunciator at the main entrance.
Notification Appliances
Most notification appliances are Notifier KMS-10-24VDC motor bells (10" gong).
There is an Edwards 439D-10AWC vibrating bell (10" gong) on the main floor near the stairwell, installed likely due to a shortage of Notifier bells.
The units have Wheelock MIZ-24-W mini-horns (white), and some units also have Wheelock LS1M-24 remote strobes (red, wall-mount, 15/75cd).

Pull Stations
All pull stations are Notifier NFM-950B conventional pull stations. They are wired to Notifier MMX-101A addressable modules, located behind each station.
Automatic Detection Devices
There are Notifier CPX-551A ionization addressable smoke detectors throughout, mounted on System Sensor BX501 bases.
Modules
There are Notifier MMX-1A addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system's tamper and flow switches.

There are Notifier EOL-CW end-of-line resistor plates on all sprinkler and signal circuits.
