System Specifications (1991-present)

FACP

The building is protected by a Simplex 4001 conventional fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance vestibule. The system coding is continuous.
This panel replaced a Mirtone 7200 in the 1990s.

All notification appliances are Mirtone 74306 vibrating bells (6” gong). These were hidden.

Most pull stations are Mirtone 73303 conventional single-action pull stations.
There is an Edwards 270-SPO conventional pull station at the exit vestibule as a deficiency replacement.
