Chinook Winds Parks Maintenance is the unofficial name for a City of Airdrie parks maintenance facility located at 3101 Chinook Winds Drive SW, in Airdrie, Alberta, Canada. The building was built in 2015, and the fire alarm system was upgraded in 2024. Prior to 2024 there was no dedicated fire alarm system; the security system was used for fire protection.

The building is protected by a Simplex 4007ES addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located at the main entrance. The system runs Simplex’s IDNet addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
Notification Appliances
Most notification appliances are Simplex “TrueAlert” 4906-9127 horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd).
Areas requiring additional visual coverage have Simplex 4906-9101 remote strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd).
Areas exposed to weather, including outside the main entrance, have Simplex 4906-9131 weatherproof horn/strobes (red, wall-mount).
Initiating Devices
Pull Stations
All pull stations but one are Simplex 4099-9004 addressable single-action pull stations.
The wash bay has an RSG RMS-1T-WP weatherproof conventional single-action pull station, wired to a Simplex 4090-9001 addressable monitor module.
Automatic Detection Devices
There are Simplex “TrueAlarm” 4098-9714 addressable photoelectric smoke detectors at the top of each stairwell, and throughout the second floor.
All detectors are mounted on Simplex 4098-9792 bases.
Modules
There are Simplex 4090-9116 addressable isolator modules on the SLC.

There are Simplex 2081-9040C end of line resistor plates on all signal circuits.
