40 Sunpark Plaza SE is a mixed-use office complex located in the Sundance neighborhood of SE Calgary. The first floor contains a doctor's office, a Shoppers Drug Mart, and formerly an optometrist. It was built in 2004, and has the original fire alarm system.

FACP
The fire alarm panel is a Notifier AFP-200. It is original. When the system goes into alarm, the panel is set on continuous, but the notification appliances are self-coded to code 3.
Notification Appliances
The main notification appliances are the original System Sensor "SpectrAlert" P1224MC horn/strobes (red, wall-mount). There has been one replacement noted, and the replacement notification appliance a Mircom FHS-340R, which was installed in 2014 replacing the original horn/strobe. The System Sensor horn/strobes are set to code-3 mechanical horn, and the FHS-340R is set to broadband code-3.

Pull Stations
The pull stations are the original Notifier MPS-950B pull stations.
Automatic Detection Devices
There are Notifier FSP-851 addressable photoelectric smoke detectors located throughout the building, but they are not original.
