Co-op is a grocery store chain across Canada. This particular location is located in the Lewisporte Shopping Centre in Newfoundland and Labrador. It was built in the 1970s, but does not have the original fire alarm system.
System Specifications
FACP
The fire alarm panel is a Siemens TXL-1000. It was installed in the late 2000s, and likely replaced some zones of the Pyrotronics System 3 in the main mall, or installed when the mall got it's Mircom FA-1000. The panel is located near the former main entrance. The system is networked to the one in the main mall, so that when one goes into alarm, it trips the other system into alarm.
Notification Appliances
The notification appliances are Siemens ZH-MC-R-B horn/strobes, installed in the late 2000s. There is one Faraday 3560 vibrating bell, but it is disconnected, as there's a horn/strobe right below it.
