‘’’Holiday Inn Express’’’ is a chain of midrange hotels across the world. They are owned by IHG, and are headquartered in Denham, England. This particular hotel is located in Nisku, Alberta, and primarily serves the Edmonton International Airport. This hotel was built in 2015, and has the original fire alarm system.

All pull stations are EST SIGA-270 Signature-series addressable single-action “teardrop” pull stations.

Automatic Detection Devices

There are EST SIGA-PS Signature-series addressable photoelectric smoke detectors throughout the hotel.
