The house is protected by an EST IO-1000 Addressable fire alarm control panel. The panel is located in the boiler room. The panel replaced an Edwards 2280 in December of 2021
When in alarm the system does Temporal code/code 3.

The Notification Appliances consist of a mix of Edwards 439D-6AWC (6 inch) vibrating bells and Simplex 2901-9723 (6 inch) motor bells

The manual pull stations consist of Notifier MPS-950B (Bilingual) conventional single action pull stations. And Notifier LNG-1R (Red) dual action conventional pull stations. These pull stations are wired into EST SIGA CT-1 monitor modules

The Automatic Detection Devices consist of EST SIGA PCD addressable smoke detectors.
