20 Inverness Square SE is a mixed-use professional complex located in McKenzie Towne, in SE Calgary. It contains Tiny Towne Preschool, the offices for I'm For Kids Team, and a vacant space, which was formerly a Circle K. It was built in 1995, and has the original fire alarm system, with everything being original except for the smoke detectors. The system is (unfortunately) serviced by Sprouse Fire and Safety.

The building is protected by an EST 6632 conventional fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance to the professional offices. It is original to the building, but only has 6 zones in use. It is overkill, but this panel was likely installed due to a 6616 being unavailable.
Notification Appliances
All notification appliances are Edwards 439D-10AWC vibrating bells (10" gong) on EST "Integrity" 403-5A-001 (15cd) strobe plates, which are all original.
Initiating Devices
Pull Stations
The pull stations are the original Edwards 270-SPO conventional single-action "teardrop" pull stations. These have a regular reset screw instead of the tamper-proof screw seen on most units.
Automatic Detection Devices
There are System Sensor "i3" C2W-BA photoelectric smoke detectors throughout the facility. These were installed in 2018, replacing the original Edwards smoke detectors of some sort.
