System Specifications

FACP

The hotel is protected by a Notifier NFS-320C addressable fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown, but is speculated based on the size and age of the hotel, as well as the initiating devices. The system runs Notifier’s FlashScan addressable protocol, and does code 3 in alarm.

Annunciators

There is a Notifier LCD-80 annunciator behind the front desk.

Notification Appliances

All public areas of the hotel have System Sensor “SpectrAlert Advance” P2RA horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, 15cd). The guest rooms have Mircom MH-S25WA silenceable mini horns, rebranded by Notifier.

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

All pull stations are Notifier MPS-950B conventional single-action pull stations. These are wired into Notifier FMM-101A addressable monitor modules.

Automatic Detection Devices

There are Notifier FSP-851A addressable photoelectric smoke detectors throughout the hotel.
